Service Description

Our step class, or "step aerobics", is a fun, choreographed cardio workout using a raised platform (the "step") to improve heart health, coordination, and muscle strength through stepping patterns, often set to upbeat music, with modern classes blending HIIT and contemporary moves for a high-energy, full-body workout.
