Service Description
Our kickboxing class is a high-energy, full-body workout blending martial arts (punches, kicks, knee/elbow strikes) with cardio, improving strength, endurance, coordination, and stress relief, suitable for all levels with modifications, often involving heavy bags, pads, and bodyweight exercises for an intense calorie burn. Expect a dynamic warm-up, technique drills (jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, basic kicks), rounds of striking, and a cool-down, all set to music for a fun, empowering experience!
